Kwai Kwai Nid8bak ~ Greetings friends!
As an Abenaki woman, a survivor of family violence, a lesbian, feminist, mother of two and an ordained Episcopal priest, I bring a wealth of lived experience to my coaching. I also bring nearly 30 years, of professional experience in human services where I have worked along-side, and on-behalf-of, survivors of violence and abuse, the unhoused, the food-insecure, those living with the effects of economic injustice and racial disparities, and those who seek to end systemic oppression in its many forms. I have worked as a state-wide director, a non-profit director, a community organizer, and an individual advocate.
My expertise includes trauma prevention and intervention, diversity and inclusion for organizations, change management, reflective inquiry, effective communication, policy change and advocacy. As an advocate, consultant, and coach, I have worked with non-profits, state and federal government agencies, politicians and legislatures (state and national). I have hundreds of hours of experience consulting, presenting, and training on trauma responsiveness, burn-out prevention and resilience development to individuals, groups and leaders across various human services sectors.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies and a Master’s in Divinity with a focus on Feminist Theology. I have been trained as a pastor and a hospital Chaplain in a Level 1 Trauma Center. I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and a “Dare To Lead” certified trainer.
I believe strongly in the inherent dignity of every human being and in every person’s right to live in safety and with a sense of well-being. And sometimes it takes a little help to get there. At Watersong Consulting, the goal is to build up those who build up others.

I look forward to our journey together!
